Refund Policy

  1. 10 to 7 days before the arrival date: Full refund.
  2. 7 to 6 days before the arrival date: 70% refund.
  3. 5 to 3 days before the arrival date: 50% refund.
  4. Less than 48 hours before the arrival date: No refund.
  • If the customer does not show up, they will be marked as absent, and no refund will be issued.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original account used for booking within 7-14 working days

Conditions for Refund and Rescheduling

  • Non-refundable Bookings Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds.

Force Majeure

  1. If customers are unable to travel due to unavoidable circumstances such as a pandemic, government restrictions, or unrest, they can reschedule their booking without any cancellation fee within three months.
  2. Customers must inform the Divya Ayodhya App at least 48 hours before the check-in date.
  3. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
  4. Customers can reschedule only once without any charge. For a second rescheduling, a 20% fee of the original rate will be applicable.
  5. Customers can rebook at any of our homestays in Ayodhya, not limited to the original booking.

Note: Refunds will be processed based on the base amount.
